Star Trek: Fleet Command – All Swarm Locations [2026 Update]

Fighting against the swarm in Star Trek: Fleet Command is fun and rewarding but with so many locations to explore in the system it’s difficult to know where all the Swarm locations in the game are.

But I’m here to help, and I’m sharing them all below. This way, you can explore the galaxy and head straight to where the Swarm battles await, to get Advanced Biotics to tier up the legendary Franklin-A or grind for other resources you need.

Before checking out all the locations, make sure that you are at least Level 15 in Star Trek: Fleet Command – this is when Swarm missions become available.

easy swarm fight

As you progress through the levels, you will be able to take on more difficult Swarms and defeat them for Swarm Biominerals (useful resources that can be refined into Parsteel, Tritanium, and Dilithium.)

IMPORTANT: If you are Ops Level 35+, stop trying to max the original USS Franklin. The 2026 meta requires you to scrap a maxed (Tier 9, Level 45) Franklin to get the blueprints for the USS Franklin-A. The Franklin-A is the only ship capable of efficiently clearing Level 40+ Swarms and participating in Swarm Armadas.

With all these in mind, let’s not waste a single second and instead let’s check out below all the Swarm Locations in Star Trek: Fleet Command!

Star Trek: Fleet Command – The Swarm Locations

There is a plethora of new systems in which you can find and battle The Swarm in Star Trek Fleet Command. I am listing them below, based on the level of the swarm so you can choose one that matches your current fighting capabilities.

In order to find a system, simply search for its name using the Galaxy search function, as seen in the image below:

Beilum and search guide

In the screenshot above, you have a new cluster with the higher-level swarm battles currently available in the game, as well as new Rare Swarm Hordes. These keep getting added with new updates.

Note: The meaning of the number in between brackets is the level you should be before attempting to attack.

  • Andvaris [Level 15]
  • Caldik [Level 16]
  • Altamid [Level 17]
  • Herias [Level 18]
  • Ezani [Level 19]
  • Beta Vordunn [Level 20]
  • Klaiz [Level 22]
  • Er’Yozun [Level 24]
  • Lahrel [Level 24]
  • Alpha Horunia [Level 26]
  • Sayo [Level 26]
  • Ortek [Level 28]
  • Redmond [Level 28]
  • Fontaine [Level 30]
  • Von [Level 30]
  • Adelphi [Level 32]
  • Fyrsta [Level 32]
  • Dalogn [Level 35]
  • Araxian [Level 37]
  • Estar [Level 37]
  • Iusum [Level 37]
  • Kiju [Level 39]
  • Uyik [Level 39]
  • Vahok [Level 39]
  • Huik [Level 41]
  • Siiequa [Level 41]
  • Miset [Level 43]
  • Nobeau [Level 43]
  • Begekou [Level 44]
  • Imada [Level 44]
  • Vugef [Level 45]
  • Hobu [Level 46]
  • Hedex [Level 47]
  • Widis [Level 48]
  • Raxo [Level 49]
  • Beilum [Level 50]

New ones added in this latest update:

  • Ethent [Level 52] Elite Swarm (Acrocanth)
  • K’Abath [Level 54] Elite Swarm (Acrocanth)
  • Urid [Level 56] Elite Swarm (Acrocanth)
  • Xaria [Level 60] Elite Swarm (Acrocanth)
  • Vax [Level 61] G6 Rare Swarm Hordes
  • Quv Qeb [Level 65] G6 Rare Swarm Hordes

Note: Warp Range becomes the biggest “gatekeeper” when it comes to this super-high level locations. Even if you are Level 52, but you haven’t upgraded the Franklin-A or thei Warp Range Research, you won’t even be able to reach systems like Xaria (Warp 500) in the first place.

While waiting for your ship to reach these systems, you might want to check out our list of the best offline games for mobile, or change genres completely and play one of the best room escape adventures on mobile.

Apart from that, you can find Rare Swarm Horde Level 40 here: Araxian, Estar, Iusum, Uyik, Vahok, Kiju, Siiequa, Huik, Nobeau, Miset.

Rare Swarm Horde Level 44 locations: Begekou, Vugef, Hobu, Hedex.

Swarm Armadas

This year, high-level players don’t just “grind” on the regulars but focus on Swarm Armadas instead, which are usually the better options if you can truly deal with them. These require 100 Rare Swarm Armada Directives and a Franklin-A.

  • Common Locations: Araxian, Kiju, Siiequa, and Miset.
  • Why run them? They are the primary source for Jaylah shards and massive amounts of Advanced Biotics.

Final words

Now that you know the location for all The Swarm battles in Star Trek Fleet Command, you can put the USS Franklin to good use and get the galaxy rid of these pesky enemies.

But don’t forget the Ex-Borg Research Tree. Several nodes now exist that specifically reduce the damage taken from Swarm hostiles and increase your Franklin-A’s warp range. If you find yourself struggling in systems like Beilum, check your research before spending more on ship upgrades!

If you have additional questions or comments, don’t hesitate to let us all know by sharing your thoughts below – or share any new Swarm Locations that I haven’t mentioned yet.
