Mark of Fate – Walkthrough
You need to find a way to get to the Saltshore. Shoo the seagulls from the rock on the left to get the broken mast. Remove the white fabric and take the glass.
Get the floating boards (3/6) and take a closer look at the net on the left. Use the glass to help out your dog and take the net. Check out the right side where the sail fabric is broken.
Use the net to catch the fish and take the rope as well. Look at the boat stuck on the rocks ahead. You’ll find another board (4/6) and a note. Take the board (5/6) that was under the note and give the fish to the turtle to reach the final board (6/6).
On the mast put the boards and use the rope to it and form a raft. Use it to reach the shore with your dog.
After you talk to the mayor you have to save the captain. Go check him out and take the handle next to him.
Look at the chain holding the boat on the left tied and use the handle to bring it closer. Use the glass to cut the tarp and look inside the boat to find all the wheels.
By dragging each wheel on its symbol you reveal 3 objects you need to find. Then after you’re done you need 12 anchors (I marked them with a white star) that were hiding behind the first objects.
Take the medicine box and go check the fallen lamp and take the putty knife, then clear the boards and go back. Use the dog to shoo off the seagulls then look at the wooden board with the newspaper page on it.
After reading and taking it, turn the board around to read the sign, notice the item the will fell behind the rust on the sign. Use the knife to remove the rust and take the snake decoration.
Put that on the medicine box to open it and go to the captain with the ammonia to wake him up. Take the amulet and find a way to fix it.
Look into the wallet to find information about the sheriff. Take the coin and the badge then go to the lamp. Use the coin on the screws to open it up.
Look at the note inside and arrange the resistors according to the colored wires to short-circuit and stop the electricity like in my video bellow:
Remove the lamp and arrange the planks so you can pass over the gap. And find a way to fix the amulet in town.
Look to the right where the lion head is and take the milk bottle. On the doors to the left there’s a note and a hairpin. Break one of its pins and take the crystal (1/2). Now take the street to the left.
Check out the cat in the window. She’ll leave but you’ll se a message in the window. There’s a pile of leaves by the broken ladder in front, look through to find a dried glue. Use the dog to find a dirty bowl under the leaves.
Look at the basket on the bicycle and take the crystal (2/2) and notice the shape of the lock. That cat had the key to open it.
Go back to the city entrance and check out the lion head on the left. Put the two crystals to its eyes. Wash the bowl in this water.
Try opening the doors of the sheriff’s office, you’ll find a bloody handkerchief and a corkscrew. Use it to open the milk bottle and then pour some into the bowl.
Go give that to the cat to calm her down and take the bicycle key from its neck. Give the man your amulet to fix it. Now go back to the bicycle and use the key to open the basket.
You’ll find a newspaper inside and a jack. Use that to keep the window open. Take the notebook and open it with the sheriff’s badge.
Read about the pirate and what the sheriff discovered then take the mark of fate. Go to the merchant and give the mark to him. He will leave a chest behind with a screwdriver, an amulet crystal, and a flashlight.
There’s another door behind the chest, take the screws and go back to the open window and use the flashlight to look inside. On the bottom right corner there’s a dart (1/3) and a weight (1/4).
Check out the glass and when the pirate attacks you, use the amulet and put the crystal to save yourself. Find all the shards and the shurikens.
Under the glass you’ll find a switch. Look at the door, where the red mark is. Take the weight (2/4) and put the switch back on. Use the screws and the screwdriver to fix it. Turn on the lights to get inside.
Look at the board with the notes, take the handle and find the pieces of paper under the notes. Reconstruct the picture of the pirate to find a button underneath.
Take the weight (3/4) and check out the drawers on the floor. You’ll find another weight (4/4) under the sheriff’s picture. Use the handle to open one of the cabinets. Take the letter (1/2) then look at the desk to find a letter from the mayor.
Put the weights on the desk and balance them to 7 on each side (only 3 weights fit on a scale): 5+1+1=4+2+1. Take the letter (2/2) and put all the typewriter letters in their place.
You’ll write the code AV7MU from the scale and go to the safe with it. Find all the letters and number in that order and take the file from inside. Look through to find more clues.
Next you’ll find the tavern’s key at the end of the file and you can go to the city entrance to use it on the tavern’s door.
Take a look at the blue note at the bar on the left. Find matching labels on the bottles there and get the honey. Now put the 2 golden parts on the lock and go find the code.
In the pocket of the jacket sitting on the stool by the bar there’s a newspaper with a dart (2/3) inside. Open the jacket and take the paintbrush.
Look at the door in the back and take the flower clasp. Now go to the table and check out the article. Open the purse with the flower.
Use the paintbrush with the glue and fix the broken dart. Now use them on the dart target above the door to get the code.
After you hit the target you can figure out the first figure: pentagon (5 sides) – rectangle (4 sides) – triangle (3 sides).
Take the note and go to the glass cabinet and enter that code. Take the key and enter the back room. You’ll find the tavern owner tied up and a footprint in front of the broken window.
Copy the footprint and take the cloth patch, the handle, and the crystal. Use the honey on the lid of the barrel to get the ants away, then use the handle on the lid. Open it and take the knife. Use it to cut the rope.
