Join me for another festive Artifact Seekers adventure, and in this walkthrough I’ll guide you step-by-step through every challenge hidden inside Santa’s Manor.
This is a holiday-themed Hidden Object adventure filled with magical locations, quirky characters, and tricky tasks. You’ll solve puzzles, tackle mini-games, and explore every corner of the manor as you uncover its secrets. Search each scene carefully and make sure you don’t miss any collectibles along the way.
Follow my instructions throughout this guide and let me help you uncover every mystery, crack every puzzle, and complete the entire Santa’s Manor story from start to finish.
Santa’s Manor Walkthrough

In the round pipe on the left, there’s a gingerbread cookie (1/3). Another cookie (2/3) is on the snowman. Take the path next to the barn that leads to a snowed on garden.

Look at the statue on the right, take the number (1/5) and the bell (1/3). Go to the pavilion and take the shovel. Then go to the fallen tree and take the wooden piece (1/2).
Go back and use the shovel to get the cookie (3/3) from the tall Christmas tree in front of the house. Use all 3 cookies on the front door of the house. Arrange the bells so they match the symbols on the arrows and enter the house.

Look at the shelves on the left and take the book (1/3). Go to the red heater in the back and take the snowboard and the bell (2/3). Check out the mail tubes in front and take the wrench.
Look at the table on the right, use the wrench to get the horn then go outside. Use the shovel to remove the snow away from the barn door so you are able to open it and go inside.

Use the wrench to open the toolbox on the left, take the drill and knife. Go to the net in the back, use the knife to cut it and take the jerrycan and stapler.
Go to the door in the back, use the drill to take the lock out, open it and take the bell (3/3). Use all 3 bells on the gates on the right and play the game. Form a chain from left to right, using the symbols indicated.

Take the fishing rod inside the stable and the hammer hanging next to the horse saddle. Use the hammer to take out the nails in the closed crate in the middle of the barn to get the chainsaw.
Put some fuel in the chainsaw and go outside. First use the knife too open the lamp on your right and take the sun (1/2). Next you need to go down the path to the garden and use the chainsaw to cut the fallen tree, and it will lead you to a frozen lake.

Go to the wooden area on the lake, use the fishing rod to get the magnet. Take the firework from the glowing stars on the left by using the knife on the rope.
Use the snowboard to cross to the other side of the lake and reach the frozen forest and follow the footsteps.

Use the shovel to push over the sleigh and take the chess piece. Check out the green tent and use the horn to scare off the wolf. Look inside the tent, take the gnome from the pot.
Go back inside the manor, check out the cupboard above the table and put the gnome here. Move the elf and rotate the maze to reach the candy. This is how you win one golden star.
Take the toy gun and the book (2/3). Go outside, to the garden, and use the toy gun in the hole on the left to get the button (1/3) and the valve. Go back inside and use the valve on the mail tubes to turn the system on.
Go up to the hole in the pipe and fix it using the stapler. Now turn on the valve to get a carrot, then go outside and put it on the snowman. You’ll get a key and a wooden piece (2/2).
Go back inside, up the stairs and open the door with the key you just found and go inside Santa’s room to explore.

Go to the pavilion in the garden and put the 2 wooden pieces you found on the table. Connect the chips with their matches on the side.
Take the key and the book (3/3) and go back to Santa’s room. Check out the bookshelf on the left and put the books here to get another button (2/3).
Now go to the frozen lake at the cash registry and use the key to find a continent and another number (2/5). Go to Santa’s room and put the continent on the globe sitting on the table to find a snowflake.
Go to the garden and put the snowflake next to the others under the signs and remember where the arrows are pointing.
Go to the barn at the hay feeder in the back and use the magnet to get all the pins on the side. Go to Santa’s room and look behind the red drapes to find a map. Put the pins here and solve the puzzle.

Take the little bird and go to the frozen forest. Put it on the bird house. Turn it and get the figurine. Go to Santa’s room, look at the chair, and put the figurine on the bag to open it.
Take the key and matches. Use the key to open the mailbox outside, under the lamp. Take the button (3/3) and the number (3/5).
Go inside the manor and look at the machinery next to the stairs and put the 3 buttons here. Light up all the numbers to get the elf out of there.

Take the rubber glove from the elf, go outside in the tube on the left and use the glove to fix the wiring and light the lights to get the red number -5.
Go to the frozen lake at the thermometer on the right and use the matches to get the temperature down from -20 to -5. Keep the flame slightly to the right of the 3rd green light at the bottom.
Take the horseshoe and the straps. Go to the barn and put the horseshoe on the horse saddle in the stable and take the sun (2/2).
Now go to Santa’s room at the box on the bookshelf and open it using the 2 pieces of sun. Rotate the board to get the ball in the hole:
- left arrow 4 times – right arrow 2 times
You’ll get another golden star from this puzzle and you’ll find a flashlight. GO to the frozen forest, look into the hole in the ground, use the flashlight and the fishing rod to get a bucket of sand and a crystal droplet.
Look at the base of the mountain where the big icicles and destroy them by using the firework with the matches and go inside the abandoned mine.

Remove the tarp and solve the bird puzzle so all the birds are facing the nest and get the flywheel. Go out of the mine and try to climb the mountain side next to the cave.
Use the straps and the hammer and find your way up: right – right – left up – left up – middle – right – right – middle. It will take you to Krampus’ castle.

Put the chess piece on the chess board in front of the castle and make sure each piece has it’s own diagonal, row and column.

Take the number from the frozen stairs and use the bucket of sand to be able to go up and enter the castle and meet Krampus and take the creepy key.

Open the chest with the key and take the number (5/5) and the iron lock. Go to the deer head and use the knife to take the pattern (1/5). Look in the middle of the room at the 4 light and put the crystal droplet in the middle, then put the chips in their place.
Take the lever and the rope and go outside. Use the iron lock on the gate to the left to find the dungeon and explore it.

There’s a dove (1/3) inside the lion’s mouth. Put the lever under and pull, to get a cage and take the handle from inside. Look at the wall next to the lion and use the matches to light the torches.

The clue on the order in which you need to light them lays on the flag outside with the numbers on it. Take the dove (2/3) and look at the mechanism in the center. Put the flywheel on it to open the gate to the prison.
Take the pliers and break the broken tile in the middle to find another dove (3/3). Look at the grate on the floor and open it with the wrench to get to the sheet music. Go to the abandoned mine and use the rope to get the pickaxe stuck in the wall.
Use that to break the ice block on the left and put all 3 doves on the golden plate and take the handsaw. Go outside Krampus’ Castle and look at the ice under the banners on the right, use the pickaxe to break the ice and take the frozen object.
Now go to Santa’s Room and look at the clock on the fireplace, then put the numbers here to open it and find a key. Go inside the castle to the organ on the left and insert the key in the missing spot.
Add the sheet music then play the music written on the sheet by pressing each key in the right order:
6-1-4-5-5-3-3-6
1-2-4-5-3-4-2-2-6-1

Take the blueprint from Krampus then go to the dungeon and look behind the skull on the wall. Use the blueprint to remake the same pattern with the tokens.
Take the key and go to the garden at the door in the back and use it to open it. Place each footprint under the animal to match it.

Go inside and talk to Rudolph, then help him escape.

Look at the brown bag on the right and use the pliers to open it and take the pattern (2/5). Go to Rudolph and use the handsaw to cut through the chain and free him. Talk to him so he gives you another pattern (3/5).
Check out the stove, put the frozen object on the tray, open the hatch, put some wood from the side inside and use the matches to light a fire and melt the ice to get another pattern (4/5).
Look under the rug on the floor and use the handle to open it to get the last pattern (5/5). Go to the chest on the left and use the patterns to open it, then place the token numbers facing the right way.
Take the door knocker from inside and go to the abandoned mines, up the stairs and put it here then go through the maze: left – left ( -30 mountain symbol) – right ( -5 V symbol) – back – back – right (-20 rhombus) – back – back – right – left – follow the bridge to the gap – left – forward to reach the lock.
You can simply just go to the end by going right – left – forward – left – forward. Write the code for each symbol: -25 triangle – -30 mountain – -5 V symbol – -20 rhombus. Find all 15 presents.

On the table to the left there are some metal pieces you need to hang on the metal pipe to form a present shadow. One of the red caps has a present on it as well.
Move the tarp, go up the stairs and use the hammer to break the icicles and find another present. Under the stairs there’s a present drawn on the black board.
Go through the hole on the right, turn on the light from the switch and get another present from the lightbulb, another is drown on the crate to the right. Use the snow shovel on the ground to remove the snow and get the present.
Under the crates on the right there’s one, and another in the crate under the pile. On the workbench to the right, there’s a present engraved on a metal coin.
The code for the locked shelf is around: 7 (in the hole where you turned on the lights) 1 (under the stairs) 4 (under the paper on the left glued on here). Push the crank on your right to get a present on the line and the red sack will fall off.
Take the bag of gifts and go to the barn to give it to Santa. You can play the game further to finish all the mini-games for all the collectibles you found and also finish the Secret level to get a star for each.
Santa’s Manor Secret Level Walkthrough
Next to the globe on the table in Santa’s Room there are some tree decorations, the clues to solve it are hidden around in the game:
- 4 mushrooms – in the stone next to the lamp outside (First location)
- 1 moon – in the barn next to the open crate
- 2 circles – on the bird house in the frozen forest
- 1 strawberry-shape – in the prison inside the dungeon
Put only those in the tree to get the trap door under the rug to open and go inside to play the secret level.

There’s a mini-game on the table that you can play. Guide the train to gather 20 gifts. This is entirely on you as each player has a different setup.
Collectibles
Morphing Objects:
- The wreath on the barn (first location).
- The pine cone in the tree in front (garden).
- Light bulb/star on the right (barn).
- Blue star under the table (house entry).
- The glowing Santa/elf next to the trees (frozen lake).
- Above the green tent (frozen forest).
- Bunny/giraffe next to the fireplace (Santa’s room).
- Leaf shape on the ice on the right (abandoned mine).
- Star on the castle (in front of Krampus Castle).
- Griffin/angel statue on the left side close to the ceiling (inside the Castle).
- Grapes on the barrel (dungeon).
- Bug/Spider on the cupboard to the right (Rudolph’s prison).
In Krampus’ Castle there’s a table with a snow globe on the right, this is where you get your star from.
Candy canes:
- Above the clock (first location).
- On the table to the right (house entry).
- In the pattern of the chair next to the Christmas tree (Santa’s room).
- Later in the game go to the horse saddle in the stable and look inside the bag to get one (barn).
- Under the deer sculpture (inside the Castle).
- To your left, in the metal holder (dungeon).
The display for this is found at the frozen lake next to the cash registry.
Letters:
- In the pavilion under the bench (garden).
- Under the cash registry at the cafe (frozen lake).
- Inside the tent (frozen forest).
- On the left next to the wooden board (abandoned mine).
- On the rock wall on the left, there’s one drawn into the rock (in front of Krampus Castle).
- Hanging with the colored cloths, there’s a letter on the red one (Rudolph’s prison).
Their post is found inside Santa’s house, at the entry on the left.
Stockings:
- On the snowman (first location).
- In the snow next to the signs (garden).
- On the floor of the house (entry).
- On the side of the sleigh (barn).
- Behind the cage that falls from the ceiling there’s a red cape and a stocking (dungeon).
You can hang and play all 5 mini-games in Santa’s room, by the fireplace.
Nuts:
- Inside the ball of the staircase’s post (house entry).
- In the basket you find in the stable (barn).
- In the pile of snow in front of the 4 stars (frozen lake).
- On the side of the chair, under the sewn fabric (Santa’s room).
- Next to the stove under the rocks (Rudolph’s prison).
Go play all the nutty games in Krampus’ castle on the left is a nut cracker.
Figurines:
- In the snow behind the 4 stars (frozen lake).
- On the right, behind icicles (frozen forest).
- There’s a hole in the ground, next to the fallen tarp and right in front of the stairs (abandoned mine).
- Left of the stairs going to the entrance of Krampus’ Castle (outside Krampus’ Castle).
- To the left of Krampus’ throne there’s a brick sticking out, look behind it (inside Krampus’ Castle)
The figurines can be played inside the abandoned mines on the left.
